Le message est déformé par les intermédiaires et devient complètement autre.
Manque d’honnêteté dans la communication
Le message véhicule une opinion contraire à la pensée.
Problème d’écoute et de perception
La personne dit comprendre ce que veut son interlocuteur, mais sa compréhension est fausse. Soit elle n’écoute pas bien, soit son cadre de référence est différent.
Faux-dialogue
Chacun a ses préoccupations et ne manifeste aucun intérêt pour ce que l’autre dit.

Each person has his or her own concerns and shows no interest in what the other person is saying.
